1. General

These terms and conditions, together with any other written information brought to your attention before we confirm your booking, form your contract with Carte Blanche Tours.

 

Carte Blanche Tours is a trading name of Gwendoline Perret EI, sole trader in France, SIREN 750970683,  registered office at 555 Chemin de Belot, 82400 St Paul d'Espis, France. The business website is www.carteblanchetours.com.

 We aim to ensure that the information and prices on our website and any other media are accurate; however occasionally changes may occur and we reserve the right to correct prices and other details. All tour guide bookings are sold subject to availability and suitability and are not confirmed until you receive your booking confirmation and invoice from us.

3. Liability

All of our tour guides are self-employed. Carte Blanche Tours is a booking acts as a booking agent and all liability is transferred to the guide you are contracting.

 

4. Tour fees

The tour guides we contract are freelance. Fees charged are based on the tour and requirements and will be indicated in the contract. We require a €100 deposit for all bookings and all tours should be paid in full at least three days before the day of the tour.

 

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

To cancel a tour, contact us at carteblanchetours@gmail.com as soon as possible – the effective date of cancellation will be the date upon which we receive such written notification. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing by us, in the event of cancellation by you, refunds may be issued by us and the guide booked only as set out below:

Cancellation 30 or more full days before tour departure: 100% refund.

Cancellation 14 or more full days before tour departure: 50% refund.

Cancellation less than 14 full days before tour departure: No refund.

 

All tickets to venues and attractions are non-refundable if not used on the date and time booked for. 

 

6. Guide and Other Expenses

If the tour requires any other expense, you will be informed before booking.

 

7. Payment

Upon confirmation of your booking you will be issued with an invoice with payment information.

 

8. Insurance Cover

We recommend that our clients and the guests on their tours / bookings with us have suitable travel, medical, and cancellation insurance.
