Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing by us, in the event of cancellation by you, refunds may be issued by us and the guide booked only as set out below: Cancellation 30 or more full days before tour departure: 100% refund. Cancellation 14 or more full days before tour departure: 50% refund. Cancellation less than 14 full days before tour departure: No refund. All tickets to venues and attractions are non-refundable if not used on the date and time booked for.
