To ensure participant safety and appropriate planning, please disclose any relevant condition: (all sensitive information is protected and deleted as soon as the tour is over)

The participant confirms they are physically and medically fit to take part in walking tours, transportation, cultural site visits, and related activities.

The participant acknowledges responsibility for carrying any necessary medication.

4 - Tayloring your Experience

Help us Taylor your experience. What are your renters of interests, is there anything that you would like to do or experience during your tour? Anything that you can share with us that would help us design your tour?

5 - Risk Acknowledgment

The participant acknowledges that participation in guided tours and travel-related services may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Walking on uneven surfaces
Weather-related conditions
Use of transportation services
Public space hazards
Delays or disruptions outside the Company’s control

The participant agrees to follow all safety instructions provided by guides, drivers, or local partners.

6 - Liability Waiver and Release

The participant agrees that Carte Blanche Tours, its directors, guides, employees, subcontractors, drivers and partners shall not be held liable for:

-Personal injury resulting from participant negligence or failure to follow safety instructions

-Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings

-Events caused by third-party suppliers

-Force majeure events as defined under Article 1218 of the French Civil Code

7 - Photography and Media Consent

*Do you authorise Carte Blanche Tours to use photographs or videos taken during the activity for promotional purposes?

I authorise Carte Blanche Tours to use photographs or videos taken during the activity (claim 10% off your next purchase).

I authorise Carte Blanche Tours to use photographs or videos taken during the activity only if my face is not visible.

8 - Code of Conduct, Consumption of Alcohol

Carte Blanche Tours is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all participants.

The Company reserves the right to refuse participation or immediately remove any participant, without refund, whose behavior:

Is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or abusive
Poses a risk to themselves or others
Shows intoxication to a degree that compromises safety
Fails to follow safety instructions
Damages property or behaves disrespectfully toward guides, drivers, venues, or other guests

Any additional costs arising from such removal (transport, accommodation, damages, etc.) shall be borne solely by the participant.

For tours involving wine tastings, vineyard visits, or alcohol service:

Participants confirm they are of legal drinking age under French law.
Alcohol consumption is voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion and risk.
Participants agree to consume alcohol responsibly.
The Company and its partners reserve the right to refuse service to any participant appearing intoxicated.
