Cancellation & Refund Policy To cancel a tour, contact us at carteblanchetours@gmail.com as soon as possible – the effective date of cancellation will be the date upon which we receive such written notification. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing by us, in the event of cancellation by you, refunds may be issued by us and the guide booked only as set out below: Cancellation 30 or more full days before tour departure: 100% refund. Cancellation 14 or more full days before tour departure: 50% refund. Cancellation less than 14 full days before tour departure: No refund. All tickets to venues and attractions are non-refundable if not used on the date and time booked for.
