Carte Blanche Tours is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all participants.
The Company reserves the right to refuse participation or immediately remove any participant, without refund, whose behavior:
Is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or abusive
Poses a risk to themselves or others
Shows intoxication to a degree that compromises safety
Fails to follow safety instructions
Damages property or behaves disrespectfully toward guides, drivers, venues, or other guests
Any additional costs arising from such removal (transport, accommodation, damages, etc.) shall be borne solely by the participant.
For tours involving wine tastings, vineyard visits, or alcohol service:
Participants confirm they are of legal drinking age under French law.
Alcohol consumption is voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion and risk.
Participants agree to consume alcohol responsibly.
The Company and its partners reserve the right to refuse service to any participant appearing intoxicated.
Carte Blanche Tours shall not be held liable for:
Consequences of excessive alcohol consumption
Medical issues arising from alcohol intake
Behavior resulting from intoxication
Decisions made by participants under the influence
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel safely following alcohol consumption.
When services include transportation by private driver, coach, or other vehicle:
The participant acknowledges that transportation services may be operated by licensed third-party providers.
The participant agrees to comply with all safety instructions provided by the driver.
Seat belts must be worn at all times where available and legally required.
The Company shall not be liable for incidents resulting from the participant’s failure to follow vehicle safety rules.
Carte Blanche Tours exercises due diligence in selecting professional and properly insured transportation providers but shall not be held responsible for events beyond its reasonable control.
