Carte Blanche Tours is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all participants.

The Company reserves the right to refuse participation or immediately remove any participant, without refund, whose behavior:

• Is disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or abusive

• Poses a risk to themselves or others

• Shows intoxication to a degree that compromises safety

• Fails to follow safety instructions

• Damages property or behaves disrespectfully toward guides, drivers, venues, or other guests

Any additional costs arising from such removal (transport, accommodation, damages, etc.) shall be borne solely by the participant.

For tours involving wine tastings, vineyard visits, or alcohol service:

• Participants confirm they are of legal drinking age under French law.

• Alcohol consumption is voluntary and at the participant’s own discretion and risk.

• Participants agree to consume alcohol responsibly.

• The Company and its partners reserve the right to refuse service to any participant appearing intoxicated.

Carte Blanche Tours shall not be held liable for:

• Consequences of excessive alcohol consumption

• Medical issues arising from alcohol intake

• Behavior resulting from intoxication

• Decisions made by participants under the influence

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel safely following alcohol consumption.
