Most experiences offered by Carte Blanche Tours are designed as private, tailor-made journeys.
This means that pricing is generally calculated per group rather than per person, allowing us to fully customise the itinerary, pace, and experiences to your interests, travel style, and expectations. Whether you are travelling as a couple, a family, or a small group of friends, the cost reflects the creation and operation of a personalised experience exclusively for your group.
We also occasionally offer a limited number of open booking tours, where individual travellers can reserve a place and join a shared group experience. In those cases, pricing is calculated per person.
At Carte Blanche, we prioritise quality, flexibility, and meaningful travel experiences over mass tourism — which is why most of our journeys remain intentionally private and highly personalised.

Gwen is the founder of Carte Blanche Tours and a certified guide and interpreter with over 15 years of experience in the tourism industry - from tour leader to travel agency owner. She created Carte Blanche Tours with a clear vision coming from her experience: to offer travel experiences that are deeply rooted in culture, human connection, and authenticity. With a background ranging from education to gastronomy, Gwen brings a unique perspective to every journey she designs. She carefully curates each itinerary and works closely with both clients and guides to ensure that every experience reflects the values and standards of Carte Blanche Tours.
